All Sales Final on Firearms
All firearm sales are considered final once the transaction has been completed and the firearm has been transferred to the customer or shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
Due to legal regulations and safety concerns:
- Firearms cannot be returned or exchanged after transfer
- Background checks and transfer paperwork are non-reversible
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring the firearm selected meets their needs prior to purchase
We strongly encourage customers to verify all details, including model, caliber, and specifications, before completing a firearm purchase.
Firearms Shipped to FFL Dealers
For firearms purchased online and shipped to an FFL dealer:
- Customers must inspect the firearm before completing the transfer
- If there is an issue (such as damage or incorrect item), do not complete the transfer
- Notify Iron Horse Armory immediately so we can assist with resolving the issue
Once a firearm transfer is completed at the FFL dealer, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.
Non-Firearm Returns
Non-firearm items such as accessories, optics, and certain gear may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All original components, manuals, and packaging must be included
Approved returns may be eligible for a refund or store credit, depending on the condition of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Firearms (once transferred)
- Ammunition
- Used or installed products
- Special orders or custom items
- Items marked as final sale
These restrictions are in place due to safety, legal, and manufacturer guidelines.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact Iron Horse Armory as soon as possible.
To process a claim:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide photos and a description of the issue
- Keep all original packaging
We will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or manufacturer warranty claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order has shipped
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation
- Firearm orders already sent to an FFL dealer cannot be canceled
Approved cancellations may be subject to processing fees depending on the payment method used.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns for non-firearm items may be subject to a restocking fee, typically ranging from 10% to 20%, depending on the item and condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Store credit may be issued in certain situations
We reserve the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet the required conditions.
FFL Transfer Fees
FFL transfer fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a canceled or denied background check.
Customers are responsible for any fees associated with the transfer process, regardless of the outcome.

- Ensuring eligibility to purchase and possess firearms
