By purchasing any product from Iron Horse Armory, including firearms, ammunition, and related accessories, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is intended to ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and to outline your responsibilities as a buyer.

Legal Eligibility to Purchase

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age for long guns and 21 years of age for handguns or as required by law
  • You are legally allowed to purchase and possess firearms under federal, state, and local laws
  • You are not prohibited from owning firearms due to criminal history, restraining orders, or other legal restrictions

Providing false information during checkout or transfer is a violation of law and may result in order cancellation and legal consequences.

Firearms Transfer Requirement (FFL)

All firearm purchases must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer unless otherwise permitted by law.

By completing your purchase, you agree to:

  • Select or provide a valid FFL dealer for transfer
  • Ensure the FFL dealer is willing to accept the shipment
  • Complete all required background checks and paperwork at the FFL location

Firearms will not be shipped directly to residential addresses.

Background Checks and Approval

All firearm transfers require successful completion of a background check conducted by the receiving FFL dealer.

You understand and agree that:

  • Approval is determined by the appropriate authorities, not by Iron Horse Armory
  • Delays or denials may occur based on background check results
  • Failure to pass a background check does not entitle you to a refund of certain fees

If you are denied during the background check process, the firearm will not be transferred to you.

Customer Responsibility Before Transfer

Customers are responsible for inspecting firearms at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer.

You agree to:

  • Verify the correct make, model, and condition of the firearm
  • Report any issues prior to completing transfer paperwork

Once the transfer is completed, the firearm is considered accepted and the sale is final.

All Firearm Sales Are Final

Due to legal and safety regulations:

  • All firearm sales are final once transferred
  • Firearms cannot be returned or exchanged after transfer
  • Buyers assume full responsibility upon completion of transfer

It is your responsibility to ensure the firearm meets your expectations before finalizing the transfer.

Ammunition and Restricted Items

Ammunition and certain firearm-related products are subject to local and state restrictions.

By purchasing these items, you confirm that:

  • The items are legal in your jurisdiction
  • You meet all legal requirements to purchase and possess them

Orders that violate local laws may be canceled without notice.

Order Verification and Cancellation

  • Injury, damage, or loss resulting from product use
  • Legal consequences resulting from unlawful possession or use

All products are used at your own risk.
